Eligibility Criteria
University of Oxford AIG Imoukhuede Foundation Fellowship Requirements:
To be eligible, candidates must:
- Hold a leadership position such as Director General or Chief Executive Officer in the public service
- Have at least six years remaining before mandatory retirement
- Demonstrate measurable impact in public service delivery within the last five years
- Provide quantifiable evidence of successful reforms or improvements in their area of responsibility
- Oversee strategic initiatives in at least one of the following sectors:

- Education
- Agriculture
- Finance

- Justice
- Defence
- Security
- Show experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Evidence of continuous professional development within the last three years
- Must obtain formal endorsement from a recognized public sector leader (e.g., Head of Civil Service, Minister, Governor)
- Must have:
- No pending disciplinary actions
- A clean and outstanding service record
- Successful security clearance
