Ursinus Gateway International Scholarship provides financial aid to students from around the world who wish to pursue undergraduate studies at Ursinus College in the United States of America.

The scholarships are offered based on merit and need to talented students who meet the requirements. The scholarship is valued at $140,000 and will be disbursed $35,000 per year for up to four years. Only first-year, full-time bachelor’s degree students can apply for this scholarship.

Ursinus College, founded in 1869, derived its name from a 16th-century reformer, teacher, and thinker named Zachariah Baer. The Ursinus campus is located in Philadelphia, United States. If you are an international student undertaking a program at Ursinus College, USA, your tuition fees for an academic year range from $60,360 to $78,038 for both full-time residential and non-residential students.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants from all over the world and of any nationality can apply for the scholarship.
  • Students submitting test scores of 1300 SAT or 28 ACT and students with a 3.2 unweighted GPA or higher will be considered for the Gateway Scholarship.
  • Students not submitting test scores who have a 3.5 unweighted GPA or higher will be considered for Gateway.

Benefits of Scholarship

The Ursinus Gateway International Scholarship will award selected candidates financial aid valued at $35,000 per year for four years at Ursinus College, bringing the total to $140,000.

Application Procedure

  • First, apply for admission to any bachelor’s program at Ursinus College.
  • Candidates can apply for need-based financial aid by completing the 2024-2025 FAFSA.
  • If you do not intend to apply for need-based financial aid, you do not need to complete a FAFSA and will only need to apply for admission to the college.
