The University of Waterloo scholarship is offered to academically outstanding bachelor’s degree-seeking students from around the world as a way of empowering them to access quality education in Canada.
Successful candidates will receive financial aid worth up to CAD40,000, but the amount is based on the program applied for. The Waterloo scholarship is designed for fresh students from around the world enrolling in undergraduate programs.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be an international student.
- Candidate must demonstrate academic excellence.
- Applicant must enroll in a full-time program at Waterloo.
- Applicant must have a valid Canadian study permit.
- Candidate should not be the recipient of any foreign government or agency sponsorship.
