The University of East Anglia Music Centre provides scholarship to music-oriented students who demonstrate exceptional music achievement and commitment. The UEA Music Centre offers financial support to qualified voice and instrument musicians to pursue bachelor’s and postgraduate programs in any field.
It aims to encourage recipients to develop their music and leadership skills and use them to make a significant impact on music at the University of East Anglia. The awards are for one year, but if the holder wishes to continue and can demonstrate to the Director of Music that they have made significant contributions during that year, they are welcome to re-audition for the next year and the award may be renewed.
The University of East Anglia is a higher institution established in 1960 for biological sciences and English students. After its expansion, the university gained official status in 1963. This public institution’s campus is in Norwich, Norfolk, United Kingdom.
