The University of Glasgow is a world-class higher institution with one of the broadest research bases in the United Kingdom. It offers degrees in a wide range of disciplines. Established in 1451, it has since made the list of top 100 universities and is a member of the prestigious Russell Group of leading UK research universities.
This higher institution has a student body comprising UK citizens and foreigners from different parts of the world who have been producing research of global importance. Much of this was made possible by its numerous scholarships, including the Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship, which welcomes applications from international students.
