Tampere University is a multidisciplinary public higher institution in Finland, established in 2019 when the University of Tampere and Tampere University of Technology merged. It has three campuses, each with its specialty, and the main one is in Tampere, Finland.
It is the second-largest university in the country. The University of Tampere was originally founded in 1925 as the Civic College in Helsinki, but it was renamed in 1966 after moving to Tampere.
Tampere University Scholarship attracts high-achieving, motivated international students to Finland by providing them with financial support to pursue English-taught Bachelor’s and Master’s programs. The scholarship is both full and partial, meaning it covers 50 to 100% of tuition fees.
