The Swedish Institute Pioneering Women in STEM Scholarship is an academic scholarship designed to support full-time, one or two-year master’s studies in designated programs in Sweden.
The program, conducted in partnership with Swiss universities, gives women from 10 countries in Africa and Asia the opportunity to benefit from a fully funded scholarship, mainly those ready to lead change, tackle global challenges, and develop lasting solutions.
SI Scholarship, which is currently open and invites applications from interested candidates to study in Sweden, provides full tuition coverage, a monthly stipend of 12,000, and a travel grant.
Tuition Fees
Swiss Citizens who do not live in Sweden don’t pay tuition fees. This means they can access free education but must verify their citizenship when applying. Foreigners are required to pay tuition fees that range from around 7,915 euros to 29,188 euros per year. They also pay an application fee of around 90 EUR.
