To be eligible for the University of Kent GREAT Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a citizen of Ghana, India, Kenya, Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand, or Türkiye and reside in one of these countries
• Be assessed as an overseas fee payer
• Hold a conditional offer for a one-year full-time course at a UK campus and accept it before April 24, 2026
• Submit an expression of interest for the GREAT Scholarship
• Start the course in September 2026
• Have relevant work experience or demonstrated interest in the chosen subject area
• Be willing to actively engage with the UK Higher Education experience, including lectures, tutorials, and extracurricular activities
• Act as an ambassador for UK Higher Education and the GREAT brand
• Attend networking events for UK-based GREAT scholars to discuss experiences and perspectives
