About Scholarship
The 2026 Erasmus Master of Science Degree (MSc) Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation for Environmental Modelling and Management (GEM) Program is a fully funded master's scholarship for international students from around the world to study in Europe.
The aim of GEM is to deliver top-class graduates from the EU and around the world, with the skills and networks to better manage socio-ecological systems for sustainable and equitable growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- A bachelor’s degree certificate or an equivalent qualification certificate. Applicants need to have a first or upper second class (2.1) BSc Honours degree, or equivalent, from a recognized university.
- An official transcript of records or a preliminary transcript of records in English.
- A certified official translation of your bachelor’s degree certificate and transcript of records if not in English.
- An official English test score result according to the entry requirements, which can be found here. **
- An additional Higher Degree certificate, transcript, and official translation (if applicable).
- A valid international passport.
- A Curriculum Vitae (CV): Please complete your CV using this template. Include your academic background, international experience, language skills, and personal strengths relevant to the program. Maximum length: 2 pages.
- Financial plan: We are interested to know how you intend to finance your studies in the coming 2 academic years, since the number of Erasmus+ Scholarships is limited. To answer the questions concerning your financial situation, state the values in Euros (€), not in your own currency. You can convert your currency at this website.
