Overall the research empirical evidence rejected all the null hypotheses and accepted all the alternative hypotheses. The following major recommendations were proffered, equal training opportunities for all staff, improvements in the provision of training materials and aids to the employees, continuous appraisal and review of the training policies, objectives and program of the organisation.
