ABSTRACT

This research was primarily aimed at examining scenically the leader ethical behavior and employee citizenship behaviour, a case study of Nigeria Agip Oil Company (NAOC) Bayelsa branch. The questionnaires in addition to personnel interview served as the primary instrument for gathering data analysis of the data. In carrying out this research, the researcher, gathered data from primary and secondary source. The mean average method was used to analyzed the responses to the questionnaires. From the finding of this research, it was observed that a good human relation is quite beneficial by making people to inter-relate pleasantly and proposed toward the achievement of organizational goals. Management must therefore improve on their present human relation coping programmes. And should also give employees to communicate pleasantly with one another in order to improve organizational achievement. Effective communication should be encouraged to reduce organizational conflict.
