Hospital Space Management System

ABSTRACT

This project comprises of the investigation, design and implementation of a Computerized Hospital Space Management System. It captures the need for the introduction of
Information Technology (IT). The Object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) methodology was used as methodology in the entire process of project execution, from
requirement gathering and analysis phase all the way to the maintenance phase of the Object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) methodology. The proposed system
was developed using Microsoft ASP.NET MVC framework and Microsoft SQL server as database. The later part of the project contains highlighted recommendations aimed at
improving the functionality, security and usability of the new system if adhered to. The result obtained from the implementation showed that the use of the automated administrative system in an orphanage will improve the quality of information stored about orphans and enhance accountability and management of children and staff of the orphanage.
