The scope of this study covers the effect of electoral violence and in Wukari local government area. The scope covers from the year 2015-2019. The reason for choosing this area was because of Wukari local government area has been faced with series of electoral violence which has resulted in loss of lives and properties.
On the limitation of the study, the study was limited within the time frame of 2020. It was also limited on the method of data collection which was a primary data whereas other researchers might make use of secondary data. The research was also limited as a result of financial constraints due to shortage of fund due to transportation to get information from the respondents. Finally, the study was been limited on issues of relevant materials and literatures which are very scanty
