Abstract

The development of a banking chatbot is an innovative approach that aims to enhance customer access to banking services. This project focuses on designing and implementing an intelligent chatbot specifically tailored for banking interactions. Chatbots are computer programs capable of engaging in scripted conversations with customers, offering a convenient and efficient means of accessing banking services. The chatbot utilizes natural language processing (NLP) to analyze customer inquiries and extract relevant information. Extensive research and analysis of customer needs and preferences have been conducted to ensure the chatbot’s effectiveness. The findings indicate that customers often desire quick access to account information, assistance with transactions, and general banking inquiries.To achieve these goals, the project adopts a user-centered design approach and utilizes programming languages such as Python and libraries like NLTK. The chatbot is designed to provide a secure and personalized experience, safeguarding customer data and ensuring confidentiality. By offering an accessible and efficient service for banking customers, the chatbot has the potential to streamline banking processes, provide prompt assistance, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This initiative is motivated by the growing demand for convenient and digital banking solutions in the industry.
