Design and Implementation of a Web-Based Product Checker System

ABSTRACT

Product consumers spend working time online, not knowing exactly what they are getting, no sale assistance, and the website maybe unfriendly or maybe complex websites.
The aim of the study was to implement a web-based product checker system. The objectives of the study were to; design a system that will check for product, design
databases where user‟s views will be stored. The system adopted the agile method. The design tools were; Visual Studio Code and Sublime Text Editor. The implementation
tools were; HTML, CSS, PHP and JAVASCRIPT Xammp and MYSQL. The testing tools were; Google chrome, Firefox and Opera mini Browsers. The results was that; it allow consumers to directly check goods or services from a seller over the internet using a web browser, product checker system helps in buying of goods, products and services online by choosing the listed products from website (e-commerce site)
