Patrick Malone & Associates is offering scholarships to candidates who wish to further their studies at the postgraduate level in law. The scheme is available for those seeking to enroll in a law school in the United States of America.
Two law students will receive financial support worth up to $5,000 so long as they are committed to a career representing individuals, especially those of limited financial means, within the United States.
Patrick Malone & Associates calls it the “Representing Real People” scholarship, with the goal being to reduce the high cost of law school for students who want to represent individuals to make it a little easier to choose such a career path.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, the applicant must;
- Have already received an offer from an accredited US Law School
- Must be planning to attend law school in the fall of the year of application.
- Intend to pursue a legal career representing individuals in the US.

- Elder law
- Immigration law
- Disability rights
- Family law
- Employment law representing employees
- Estates and trusts, and any probate matters
- Landlord-tenant law
- Personal injury law
- Public interest law
