Dr. John Cadwell (BS EE ’72) and his wife, Priscilla, established this scholarship to encourage a promising student in electrical and computer engineering,
Tuition Fees

Eligibility Criteria
- The scholarship is open to all nationals.
- Candidate should be enrolled in the university’s Computer or Electrical Engineering program.
- Candidates should meet English language requirements.
