Estonia Government Scholarships 2025

The Estonian Government Scholarships are offered to international students, researchers, and academic staff to pursue higher education and research in Estonia. The government supports students undertaking Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD courses at Estonian universities.

Estonia, which is in Europe has a good quality education system, provides innovative research opportunities, and boasts a vibrant student life. There are various scholarships which cover tuition fees, living expenses, travel costs, and research grants. Education and Youth Board will transfer the scholarship to the host university within 21 days from the conclusion of the respective contract.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate should be an international student.
• Applicant must receive an offer of admission from an Estonian institution
• Applicant must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• You must demonstrate English language proficiency.

Scholarship Benefits

This is a partly funded scholarship for successful candidates studying in Estonia. Bachelor’s and master’s students receive 350 euros per month, and the scholarship amount for PhD program is 660 euros.

• Student must apply for admission to an Estonian public university
• Fill out the application form.
• The form must contain;

  • Offer letter
