Dr Dee Amy-Chinn Gender Studies Scholarship is designed for international master’s students looking to study in the United Kingdom. Candidates should be enrolling in an MLitt /MSc in Genders and Sexualities program at the University of Stirling.
The scheme is funded by the family of Dee, a lecturer in the Division of Communication, Media and Culture at the University of Stirling, who passed away in 2015. She was instrumental in founding the Genders and Sexualities programme.
The aim of this scholarship at Stirling is to provide the necessary support to deserving students with diverse life experiences who are ready to embark on their journey to postgraduate study.
University of Stirling is a government-owned university founded by royal charter in 1967. This higher institution, which is in the Central Belt of Scotland, offers over 170 undergraduate degree courses.
Tuition Fees
As an international student pursuing undergraduate studies at the University of Stirling, the tuition fee you will pay is around £18,400. Postgraduate courses range from £19,000 to £22,000 per year.
Eligibility Criteria

- Applicant must have been admitted to Stirling
- Candidate should be a bachelor’s degree holder
- You should be proficient in the use of English
- Applicant must enroll in the MSc/MLitt Gender Studies (Applied) programme

If you are among the successful candidates selected to benefit from the Dr Dee Amy-Chinn Gender Studies Scholarships, you will receive £2,000 to be paid in two installments.
