Doha Institute for Graduate Studies is in Al Tarfa St, Doha, Qatar. It was established in 2014 and had its first student enrollment in 2015/2016. The Doha Institute for Graduate Studies Scholarship 2025 program targets national and international students seeking a Master’s degree in Qatar.
The scholarship is fully funded and covers the tuition fee as well as the student’s living expenses. Doha Institute for Graduate Studies offers different types of scholarships annually to attract academically qualified students from within and outside the State of Qatar. Here are the two that are currently open and accepting applications.
Tamim Scholarship
Tamim scholarships are based on merit and academic excellence. The financial aid package includes coverage for full tuition fees, accommodation in institute dormitories, a monthly stipend, and health insurance.
Sanad Scholarship
Sanad scholarships are based on students’ financial needs. The scholarship will cover a selected student’s program fee of up to 100%. International students will benefit from having their total tuition fees covered, in addition to free accommodation in institute dormitories, a monthly stipend, and health insurance.
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees for students to study at Doha Institute for Graduate Studies, Qatar, range between 40,000 Qatari Riyal and 279,000 Qatari Riyal, depending on the type of academic program.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to applicants from any nationality.
- Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Candidates must have strong academic performance.
- Proof of English or Arabic language proficiency, depending on the program
- Applicants must have an offer of admission to one of the master’s programs at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies.
- Relevant work experience may be considered an advantage but is not always required.
- Additional requirements might be given for each scholarship type (Tamim, Sanad).
