The Eiffel Scholarship Program, sponsored by the French government, offers fully funded aid covering tuition, airfare, living expenses, and stipends for international students seeking to pursue their academic goals in prestigious French universities.
The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs developed the program to allow French higher education institutions to attract the best international students for diploma courses at the Master’s and Doctorate/PhD levels. The objective is to train the subsequent foreign decision-makers in the private and public sectors in critical studies fields and boost applications by students from emerging countries.
The France Excellence Eiffel Scholarships, named after the iconic Eiffel Tower, are currently accepting applications from interested foreign students seeking financial support to study any of France’s diverse range of academic disciplines.
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are low in public universities in France because the government subsidizes higher education. The actual cost of education is the same as it is elsewhere in the world—around €10,000 a year. Non-EU students will be required to pay differentiated registration fees if they enroll for the 1st time for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or an engineering program. The total registration fee you will be required to pay will be €3,879 per year at the master level.
